After download opera.
Create setting in your phone. Below setting details.

port- 80
Now save it

. And choose this setting default, now open downloaded opera.and open it now u see a handler screen.

And scrool down to proxy and select http.
After selecting this put below detail in proxy server

now save the setting let the opera load.
Now accept terms and condition. Now u have opera main screen just put address and surf free as u want.

now download below opera.
